Letter from Bob Gengler:

I would like to thank the NDQHA, NDAQHA and especially the NDQHYA for the opportunity to have served on the board and as Youth Advisor. As most of you know, the Youth have held a special place in me. I have strived to always put the Youth needs first and to involve as many and as much as possible. I am sorry to have caused this problem or any others for the Youth Association and Open Association and have resigned as Youth Advisor as of 8/31/08. Thank you, Bob Gengler.
